About BrewMate
BrewMate puts a window in front of Homebrew for people who would rather not manage packages from the terminal. It searches formulae and casks, installs, upgrades and uninstalls them with visible logs, lists what is already installed, shows the most-downloaded packages, and can manage brew services. A curated list of extra third-party apps is included as well.
Homebrew itself must already be installed. The app is built with Electron and also runs on Linux; macOS releases on GitHub are universal DMG and zip builds, and the author maintains a Homebrew tap for installing it.
