About Later
Later clears the desktop by hiding or quitting all open apps at once and remembering them as a session, which can be restored with one click or set to reopen after a chosen delay. Saved sessions show a preview and some metadata, which helps before screen sharing or at the end of a workday.
The author no longer maintains it and released the code so others can continue it. The download is an unsigned disk image kept in the repository, last updated in July 2022, and it requires macOS 11.6 or later.
