About macSVG
macSVG is an editor for SVG documents aimed at people who want to work close to the markup. Shapes, paths, text, and animation elements are edited through a document tree and attribute panels, while a WebKit view previews the result.
It suits hand-tuned web graphics and animations more than freeform illustration. Development has been quiet: the latest release, 1.2, dates from July 2022, and the license file also lists notices for bundled third-party components.
