Burette

Burette adds a Finder Quick Look extension for molecular files, so pressing Space on a structure shows an interactive 3D view. The companion desktop workspace opens files in tabs, browses project folders, steps through trajectories, filters compound collections by their properties, and edits molecules in the Ketcher sketcher.

It is a specialist tool for people working with molecular structures rather than a general-purpose viewer. Current Mac releases require Apple silicon and macOS 12 or later, and are published on GitHub and through the author's Homebrew tap.
