About Double Commander
Double Commander lays out two directory panels side by side, an arrangement familiar to anyone who has used Total Commander. Files are copied, moved and compared between the panels, with tabs, a multi-rename tool, a built-in viewer and editor, full-text search, archives browsed like folders, FTP and SFTP connections, and support for Total Commander plug-ins.
The project releases separate Cocoa builds for Apple silicon and Intel Macs on GitHub alongside its Windows and Linux packages.
