About Zettel
Zettel is a small note-taking app for the Mac and iPhone built around a single full-window note rather than a sidebar of documents. Notes are organized with inline hashtags, the interface follows light, dark or system themes, and every note is saved as a plain Markdown file that other editors can open.
The macOS version requires macOS 26 or later and is distributed through the App Store; the GPL-3.0 source in the repository builds both the iOS and Mac apps.
