About Mac Classic Player
Mac Classic Player borrows the plain, utilitarian layout of the Windows player Media Player Classic. Files open by drag and drop or a shortcut, queue into a looping playlist, and almost everything is reachable from the keyboard: seeking, volume, number keys that jump to a percentage of the track, a metadata overlay and a shortcut cheat sheet. Volume and window size are remembered between launches.
It plays MOV, MP4 and WebM video and common audio formats such as MP3, M4A and WAV. The GitHub releases provide an Apple silicon DMG.
