About mysa
mysa covers the screen with a frosted overlay and a breathing orb when you press its hotkey or menu-bar icon, writing a short joke in animated handwriting while you breathe. It includes several breathing patterns, lets you define your own, and blocks input to other apps until you press Escape.
It is a small personal project with a single release. The download is not notarized, so macOS asks for confirmation on first launch, and the author describes it as a relaxation toy rather than a health tool.
