About Stretchly
Stretchly runs in the menu bar and interrupts work at configurable intervals with brief micro breaks and longer breaks, each showing a suggestion such as stretching or looking away from the screen. Breaks can be postponed, skipped or made strict, and reminders can pause automatically.
It is an Electron app that is only ad-hoc signed, so macOS asks for a manual approval on first launch. The project recommends its own Homebrew tap; the copy in the main Homebrew cask repository is deprecated.
