About StandLock
StandLock is a break reminder that is harder to ignore than a notification. When a break is due it puts a full-screen overlay on every display, and each schedule chooses how strict that is: an immediate skip button, a delay plus a typed phrase, or blocking input until the break ends with only an emergency key combination to escape.
Schedules can have names, time windows, chosen days and Pomodoro-style cycles, and an optional escalation mode makes each skipped break harder to dismiss than the last. Break statistics are kept, and the app runs from the menu bar. The project lists macOS 13 or later; DMGs are on GitHub releases, with a Homebrew tap from the developer.
