About Fader
Fader switches the audio output from the menu bar, connects paired Bluetooth headphones, and gives every app that plays sound its own volume slider and mute. Apps can also be routed to specific outputs, and several devices can play at once.
The project says it works without a kernel extension or virtual audio driver and requires macOS 15 or later on Apple silicon. Builds are published on GitHub releases and update themselves.
