About FineTune
FineTune lists apps that are playing sound and gives each its own volume slider, mute and gain boost, plus a choice of output device. A ten-band equalizer and headphone correction shape the result, and pinned apps can be configured before they start playing.
It uses the system audio recording permission to tap app audio, so macOS asks for Screen and System Audio Recording access on first launch. Individual apps can be excluded so they bypass it entirely.
