About SomaFM miniplayer
SomaFM miniplayer lives in the menu bar and plays SomaFM's independent internet radio channels without a window. The menu shows the current station and track with a play/pause button, recently played stations, and a click action to copy the track or search for it.
Settings cover starting at login, playing on launch, track notifications and what a left click does. It is a fan project and not affiliated with SomaFM. Version 2.0.0 arrived in 2026 after several years without releases; disk images are on GitHub and the author also lists it on the Mac App Store.
