About Übersicht
Übersicht renders desktop widgets written with web technologies. Use existing widgets or create your own displays for local information, command output, and other data you want to keep visible.
Widget files can be edited locally and refreshed as you work. Writing custom widgets requires familiarity with JavaScript and the project's widget API.
