About YT Music
YT Music loads the YouTube Music website in its own window so it runs as a separate app instead of a browser tab. It connects playback to the Mac's media keys, keyboard shortcuts, the Now Playing widget and the Touch Bar, and posts a notification when a new track starts.
It is unofficial and not affiliated with Google. The latest release, 1.3.3, dates from May 2022; it is available from GitHub releases or as the yt-music Homebrew cask.
