About YesPlayMusic
YesPlayMusic is an unofficial client for NetEase Cloud Music, China's large streaming service, with a cleaner interface than the official app. You sign in with a NetEase account to play your library, daily recommendations and personal FM, watch music videos, and follow synced lyrics, including on the Touch Bar.
It adds global shortcuts, cloud-drive music, Last.fm scrobbling and automatic light and dark themes, and leaves out social features. The interface is mostly in Chinese. The maintainers say the current Electron app is in maintenance mode while a new version is developed; macOS disk images are on GitHub releases and in the official yesplaymusic Homebrew cask.
